According to the folks @ Celeb Gossip site FatbackandCollards.com US Weekly has reported that:

Hayden Panettiere, 18, and Stephen Colletti (that dude from Laguna Beach), 21, have split after dating for almost two years.

What I wanna know is – when did that hottie finally turn 18? She’s legal? We looked it up at IMDB and sure enough, Hayden turned 18 on August 21st. Too bad she stayed a “good girl” and didn’t go down that forbidden Disney zone like Xtina, Brit, Lindsay and recent inductee Vanessa Hudgens! We wouldn’t mind seeing MORE of Hayden – if you know what we mean!

Fingers crossed – she IS legal now… and a little cast partying once Heroes is back in the big-time in Prime Time just might coax this red hot beauty out of her shell! *fingers crossed*
